1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the web application FUEL (available at https://fuelapp.dev), operated by:

By registering and using FUEL, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use FUEL.

2. Description of Service

FUEL is a web-based fitness tracking application that allows users to:

• Plan, document, and analyze workouts and exercises
• Record and track nutrition and calorie data
• Log supplements
• Record body data such as weight, height, and body measurements
• Upload and manage progress photos
• Track personal fitness progress over time

FUEL is exclusively for personal documentation and organization. The range of features may be expanded, changed, or restricted at any time.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use FUEL, you must create a user account. You must provide truthful and complete information during registration. A valid email address is required.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities conducted through your account. If you notice unauthorized access, please contact us immediately by email.

3.3 Minimum Age

There is no minimum age for using FUEL. However, users under 16 require parental consent pursuant to Art. 8 GDPR.

4. Costs and Future Changes

The use of FUEL is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid additional features in the future. Existing free basic features will remain unaffected. You will be informed in advance about paid features; they will only be activated with your explicit consent.

5. User Data and Content

5.1 Ownership of Your Data

All data you enter into FUEL (training data, nutrition data, body data, supplement logs, and photos) remains your property. We do not claim intellectual property rights to your content.

5.2 License to Use

You grant us the right to store and process your data to the extent technically necessary for providing and improving the service.

5.3 Progress Photos

Progress photos you upload are stored exclusively for your personal use within your account. They are not publicly displayed, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

6. Data Processing and Third Parties

6.1 Hosting and Infrastructure

FUEL is hosted via the cloud infrastructure of Lovable (GPT Engineer AB / Lovable Dev Inc., Stockholm/Sweden and Delaware/USA).

7. Health and Liability Notice

7.1 No Medical Advice

FUEL is a documentation and tracking tool. The information and features provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. FUEL does not replace consultation with a doctor or qualified health professional.

7.2 Personal Responsibility

The use of FUEL for planning and carrying out training and nutrition is at your own risk. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Availability

We strive for high availability of FUEL but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2 Data Loss

Although we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for loss of user data unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

9. Rules of Conduct

When using FUEL, it is prohibited to:

• abuse or overload the system
• circumvent or manipulate security mechanisms
• use automated access (bots, scrapers) without our consent
• use or compromise other users' accounts
• upload or distribute illegal content

10. Termination and Account Deletion

10.1 Termination by User

You can request deletion of your user account at any time without giving reasons. Send an email to creatvive.app@gmail.com. After confirmation, your data will be completely deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. You will be informed of significant changes by email or notification within the application.

12. Final Provisions

12.1 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
